Born from a passion for better building
NexGen Modular was founded in 2018 by a team of architects, engineers, innovators and sustainability advocates who were frustrated with the waste, delays, and limitations of conventional construction. We believed there was a smarter way.
Today, we're one of Canada's leading modular construction companies — delivering beautifully designed, precision-built structures for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients from coast to coast.
