The process

From idea to move-in, we've got every step covered

Modular construction is faster, cleaner, and more precise than traditional building. Here's exactly how we make it happen.

How it works

Six steps to your finished build

01

Discovery & brief

Week 1–2

We start with a conversation. Tell us about your vision, site, budget, and timeline. Our team listens carefully and asks the right questions to build a clear project brief.

You'll meet your dedicated project lead, tour our factory, and review examples of similar builds. No commitment required at this stage.

02

Design & engineering

Week 3–8

Our architects and engineers translate your brief into a fully custom design. You'll review 3D renders, floor plans, and material palettes before anything is built.

We handle all structural engineering, energy modelling, and permit drawings in-house. Changes are easy at this stage — and we encourage them.

03

Permits & approvals

Week 6–12

We manage the full permitting process on your behalf — liaising with local authorities, submitting drawings, and tracking approvals so you don't have to.

Permit timelines vary by municipality. We start this process early and in parallel with design to avoid delays.

04

Factory fabrication

Week 10–18

While permits are being processed, your modules are precision-built in our climate-controlled factory. Every component is inspected at multiple stages.

Factory construction is up to 50% faster than site-built work and produces up to 90% less material waste. You're welcome to visit during fabrication.

05

Site preparation & delivery

Week 16–20

Your site is prepared — foundations poured, utilities roughed in — while modules are being fabricated. When they arrive, assembly is measured in days, not months.

Crane installation of a typical residential build takes 1–3 days. The neighbourhood barely notices.

06

Finishing & handover

Week 20–26

Final connections, interior finishing, landscaping, and inspections. We walk you through every detail before handing over the keys.

We provide a full deficiency walkthrough and a 2-year workmanship warranty. Our relationship doesn't end at handover.
